1. Payment is required to reserve your spot on the boat.

2. Refunds will only be issued in the event the charter is canceled by New River Dive Center or the Charter operator.

3. If you cancel your spot after booking, or if you book a spot and do not have the minimum certification for the charter, you will be charged full price unless we can refill your spot with another diver.

4. Payment does not include any equipment unless specifically listed in the charter description. 

5. With rising fuel prices, our Charter operators reserve the right to institute a fuel surcharge.
